Trick Or Treat!

All month long Madi told us that she wanted to be a butterfly for Halloween and as you can see she has her pretty little rainbow wings.  Boy doesn't she look cute!  Wesley has this thing for Spider Man so of course he's rocking the red and blue.  Sometimes we would ask him what he was going to be for Halloween and he would say, "WuWy"  which is Wesley's way of saying Butterfly.  Madi has such an influence on him =]  For Kayla we didn't feel like it was worth doing a full out costume so I just crocheted her a cute Koala Bear hat and called it good.  She looks pretty darn cute, don't you think?   

Halloween was so fun this year.  We went to a party at Microsoft where the kids were able to walk through a Harry Potter themed haunted house which was pretty stinking elaborate.  The next day we had fun at our ward party with lots of games and food and of course candy.  And on Halloween day we took the kids to Microsoft where we walked through the building receiving candy from all the employees.  It's kind of a neat thing they do where they put candy right outside of their offices allowing kids to come by and trick-or-treat during the day.  It's a nice safe way for the little ones to enjoy Halloween at a decent hour.  

And of course, it was Wesley's 2nd birthday.  Happy birthday kiddo!
